This policy explains how DevOpsWale ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit www.devopswale.com or contact us about consulting or training. We aim to collect as little as possible and to use it only to respond to you.
What this website collects
- No cookies, tracking or analytics. This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load third-party scripts.
- Booking page. Our booking page embeds the Calendly scheduler in a frame. Calendly may set its own cookies and receives the details you enter when you book, under its own privacy policy.
- Booking confirmation. After you book, Calendly sends you back to our confirmation page with your name, email and meeting time in the link. That page displays them only in your browser, removes them from the address bar, and does not send or store them anywhere; our server logs do not record them.
- No forms. The website itself does not ask you to enter personal information.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider may record standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability. These logs are not used to identify or profile visitors.
When you contact us
If you choose to contact us, we receive the information you share:
- Email (info@devopswale.com): your name, email address and message.
- WhatsApp: your phone number, WhatsApp profile name and messages.
- Scheduled calls (via Calendly): the name, email and details you enter when booking.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, provide the consulting or training you request, and send related administrative communication. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Third-party services
WhatsApp, Calendly and our email provider process information under their own privacy policies when you use them to reach us. Links to these services open their websites, which this policy does not cover.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and engagement records only for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct or erase the personal information you have shared with us, or withdraw consent for its use. To make a request or raise a concern, email info@devopswale.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
